1. Taraflar

Bu koşullar, FLIT uygulamasını ve getflit.net üzerindeki oyuncu hizmetlerini kullanan sen ile FLIT'i işleten şirket arasındadır. Yasal metinlerde oyuncu "kullanıcı" olarak anılır.

FLIT'i ilk açtığında, misafir olarak oynasan da, yaşını beyan eder ve bu koşulları kabul edersin; kabul etmeden uygulama açılmaz. Kabul ettiğin sürüm ve zaman kaydedilir. Bu bir sözleşme kabulüdür; kişisel verilerin için verilmiş bir açık rıza değildir.

2. FLIT nedir

FLIT bir oyun uygulamasıdır. Oyuncu hiçbir şey ödemez.

Günlük oyun ve ağaç. Her gün bir kısa günlük oyun oynanır ve ağacına damla verir. Damlalar ağacı büyütür; belli sayıda damlada bir hak açılır.
Vitrin. Bir hakla Vitrin'deki markaların indirimlerinden birini seçersin (§8).
Marka etkinlikleri. Markalar turnuva, canlı yarışma, anket ve tahmin açar (§5).
Serbest modlar. Keşfet'te Solo Pratik, Düello, Arena ve Kelime Avı oynanır. Serbest modlar damla vermez.
Gerçek fidan. Günlük oyunu tamamladığın her 30 gün için, FLIT'in bir ağaçlandırma kuruluşuna önceden bağışladığı gerçek fidanlardan biri senin hesabına ayrılır (§9).

Ödüllü etkinliklerde kazanan skorla belirlenir. FLIT'te çekiliş, kura ya da rastgele seçim yoktur. FLIT'in özellikleri değişebilir ya da kaldırılabilir; bunun sana etkisi §15'e bağlıdır.

3. Kimler kullanabilir

FLIT yalnız 18 yaş ve üstüne ve Türkiye'deki oyunculara açıktır. Yaşını uygulamayı ilk açtığında beyan edersin. 18 yaşından küçük olduğunu beyan edersen FLIT o cihazda açılmaz ve o cihazdan yeniden beyan verilemez. 18 yaşından küçük olduğun anlaşılırsa hesabın kapatılır.
Misafir olarak oynayabilirsin. Misafire açık olanlar: günlük oyun ve ağaç, Solo Pratik, Kelime Avı ve Düello. Misafire kapalı olanlar: Arena (kurmak da katılmak da), marka etkinliklerine katılmak (turnuva, canlı yarışma, anket ve tahmin), ödül talep etmek ve Vitrin (indirimleri görmek ve indirim kodu almak); bunlar için giriş yapman gerekir. Misafirken Keşfet'te etkinlikleri görebilirsin; katılmak için giriş istenir.
Ödül talep etmek ve Vitrin'den indirim kodu almak için ayrıca telefon numaranı doğrulaman gerekir. Doğrulama bir kez yapılır.

4. Hesabın

Doğru bilgi vermelisin. Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun; şüpheli bir kullanım fark edersen bize bildir. Her kişi yalnız bir hesap kullanabilir.

5. Marka etkinlikleri

Türleri. Turnuva, canlı yarışma, anket ve tahmin. Her birinin tarihleri, kimlerin katılabileceği, sıralamanın nasıl belirlendiği, varsa ödülleri ve katılım indirimi, etkinliğin içindeki Etkinlik Koşulları sayfasında yazar. Etkinlik Koşulları bu koşulların parçasıdır; değişmeyen metni bu koşulların sonundaki "Ek — Standart etkinlik koşulları"nda da yayımlanır.
Düzenleyen. Bir markanın etkinliğini o marka düzenler; ödülleri ve indirimi marka verir. FLIT platformu işletir. FLIT'in kendi marka hesabından açtığı etkinlikleri ise FLIT düzenler ve ödüllerini FLIT verir; yasal düzenleyen MFB Teknoloji'dir. Bu etkinlikler yalnız dijital ödül verir. Her etkinliğin düzenleyeni o etkinliğin sayfasında yazar.
Reklam. Marka etkinlikleri markanın tanıtımıdır ve uygulamada "Reklam" etiketiyle gösterilir.
Kazanan. Turnuvada ve canlı yarışmada kazanan skorla belirlenir: önce puan, sonra toplam süre; puan ve süre de eşitse sonucunu önce gönderen öne geçer. Ayrıntısı Etkinlik Koşulları'nda yazar. Anket ve tahminde kazanana ayrıca ödül yoktur.
Apple ve Google. Apple ve Google bu etkinliklerin sponsoru değildir ve etkinliklerle hiçbir şekilde ilgili değildir.

6. Ödüller

Bu bölüm turnuva ve canlı yarışmada skorla kazanılan ödüller içindir. Katılım indirimi (§7) ve Vitrin (§8) ödül değildir.

Türleri. Dijital ödül (bir kod) ve fiziksel ödül. Fiziksel ödül yalnız markanın, etkinlik sayfasında yazan şubesinin kasasından teslim alınır; kargo yoktur. FLIT'in kendi etkinliklerinde yalnız dijital ödül verilir.
Nakit yok. Nakit, havale ya da nakit yerine geçen ödül verilmez. Ödül nakde çevrilemez ve devredilemez.
Talep. Ödülünü uygulamadaki ödül ekranından talep edersin. Bunun için giriş yapmış olman ve telefon numaranı doğrulamış olman gerekir.
Süre. Ödül, kazanıldığı tarihten itibaren 30 gün içinde talep edilmelidir. Bu sürede talep edilmeyen ödül, etkinliğin sıralamasındaki bir sonraki uygun oyuncuya geçer; bir ödül en fazla üç kez geçer, sonra düzenleyene döner. Bu süre ve devir, her etkinliğin Etkinlik Koşulları sayfasında katılmadan önce yazar.
Markaya ne gider. Ödül talep ettiğinde markaya kullanıcı adın, e-posta adresin ve adresin hiçbir zaman gitmez. Kasadan teslimde kasa personeli, kendi telefonunda gösterdiğin ödül kodunu görür.
Kimin verdiği. Ödülü etkinliği düzenleyen verir ve karşılar (§5). Marka etkinliğinde FLIT ödülün tedarikçisi ya da garantörü değildir.
Vergi. Ödülle ilgili bir vergi kesintisi ve beyanı gerekiyorsa bunu etkinliği düzenleyen yapar.

7. Katılım indirimi

Bir marka, etkinliğini bitiren herkese bir katılım indirimi verebilir. Katılım indirimi ödül değildir: skora bağlı değildir, etkinliği bitiren herkese aynı şekilde verilir. Kasada gösterilen bir indirim ya da markanın sitesinde kullanılan bir kod olabilir. İndirimin geçtiği ürün, indirimden önceki fiyat ve son kullanım günü indirimin üzerinde yazar. İndirimi marka verir ve karşılar; satış, teslimat, iade ve garanti sen ve marka arasındadır.

8. Vitrin

Kapsam. Bu bölüm Vitrin'e uygulanır. Vitrin'in nasıl işlediği, hakların nasıl açıldığı, ne kadar geçerli olduğu ve indirim kodlarının nasıl kullanıldığı Vitrin Kuralları'nda yazar. Vitrin Kuralları bu koşulların parçasıdır. Vitrin konusunda bu bölüm ile diğer bölümler arasında fark olursa bu bölüm ve Vitrin Kuralları uygulanır.
Nitelik. Vitrin'deki indirim ödül değildir. Hak skorla, sıralamayla ya da şansla değil, Vitrin Kuralları'nda ilan edilen şartlarla açılır; bu şartları taşıyan herkes aynı hakkı elde eder. Bir hak belirli bir markayı, indirimi ya da tutarı taahhüt etmez; hakkını kullandığın anda Vitrin'de bulunan indirimlerden birini seçmeni sağlar.
Hakkın niteliği. Hak para, bakiye, puan ya da ödeme aracı değildir; satın alınamaz, satılamaz, devredilemez, nakde ya da başka bir değere çevrilemez. Hesap kapanır ya da silinirse sona erer. FLIT'e karşı hakka dayanan bir alacak doğmaz.
Markanın ve FLIT'in rolü. Vitrin'deki her indirimi ilgili marka yayınlar ve karşılar; indirimin koşullarından, indirimden önceki fiyatın doğruluğundan ve ürün ya da hizmetten marka sorumludur. FLIT platformu işletir; satıcı, tedarikçi ya da garantör değildir. Satış, ödeme, teslimat, iade ve garanti sen ve marka arasındadır; tüketici mevzuatındaki hakların saklıdır.
Markaya ne gider. Vitrin'de markaya hiçbir kişisel verin gitmez; marka yalnız Vitrin Kuralları'nda sayılan toplu sayıları görür.
Kötüye kullanım. Birden fazla hesap, otomatik araç, hile ya da Vitrin Kuralları'na aykırı bir yolla elde edilen haklar ve indirim kodları iptal edilir. Başka bir aykırılıkta FLIT, aykırılığın ağırlığıyla orantılı olarak indirim kodu almayı geçici olarak durdurabilir; iyi niyetle alınmış ve kullanılmış bir indirim geri istenmez.
Değişiklik. Vitrin Kuralları'nın yeni bir sürümü, Vitrin'i bir sonraki açışında senden açık kabul alınarak yürürlüğe girer; kabul edene kadar yeni indirim kodu alamazsın, elindeki haklar ve kodlar etkilenmez. Aleyhine bir değişiklik, kabulünden önce açılan haklarına ve aldığın kodlara uygulanmaz.
Kabul kaydı. Vitrin'i ilk açışında bu bölümü ve Vitrin Kuralları'nı kabul etmen istenir. Kabul ettiğin sürüm ve zaman hesabında kayıtlı tutulur.

9. Gerçek fidan

Günlük oyunu tamamladığın her 30 gün için, FLIT'in bir ağaçlandırma kuruluşuna önceden bağışladığı gerçek fidanlardan biri senin hesabına ayrılır. Henüz bağışlanmamış bir fidan kimseye ayrılmaz. Sözün kendisi, sayacı, bağışın nasıl yapıldığı ve nasıl doğrulayacağın Vitrin Kuralları'nın "Gerçek fidan sözü" bölümünde yazar; o bölüm bu koşulların parçasıdır.

10. Kurallar

Şunlar yasaktır:

hile, bot, otomatik araç, sonuçları ya da sunucuyu manipüle etmek;
birden fazla hesap kullanmak ya da başkasının hesabını kullanmak;
kullanıcı adında, Arena konusunda ya da bildirimlerinde hakaret, nefret söylemi, yasa dışı içerik ya da başkasının kişisel bilgisi;
markaların ve başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek.

Uygunsuz bir kullanıcı adını ya da Arena konusunu uygulamanın içinden bildirebilir, bir oyuncuyu engelleyebilirsin.

Yaptırım orantılıdır. Hile, bot, birden fazla hesap ya da başka bir kötüye kullanım yoluyla elde edilen ödüller, haklar ve indirimler iptal edilir; iptal edilen ödül §6'ya göre sıradaki uygun oyuncuya geçer. Bunun dışındaki bir aykırılıkta FLIT, aykırılığın ağırlığıyla orantılı bir önlem alır: önce seni uyarır ve düzeltilebiliyorsa düzeltmen için makul süre verir; hesabı yalnız ağır ya da tekrarlanan aykırılıkta askıya alır ya da kapatır. Hesabın kapatılırsa, aykırılıkla ilgisi olmayan ve hak ettiğin ödülleri kalan talep süresi içinde §19'daki adrese yazarak talep edebilirsin. Kararı gerekçesiyle e-postayla bildiririz; itirazını §19'daki adrese yazarsan 15 gün içinde cevaplarız. Kendi aykırılığınla elde edilmediği sürece, kullandığın bir indirim ya da teslim aldığın bir ödül geri istenmez.

11. Yapay zekâ ile üretilen içerik

Yarışma soruları yapay zekâ ile üretilir ve farklı modellerle çapraz kontrol edilir. Buna rağmen her sorunun doğruluğu garanti edilmez. Hatalı olduğunu düşündüğün bir soruyu uygulamanın içinden bildirebilirsin.

12. Reklamlar

FLIT, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir; reklam sağlayıcısının hangi veriyi ne için kullandığı Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazar.

13. Bildirimler

FLIT sana marka etkinliği, indirim ya da başka bir marka duyurusu göndermez; telefon bildirimi dahil. Bu yüzden ticari ileti onayı da istenmez. Sana yalnız şunlar gelir:

hesabınla ve kendi işlemlerinle ilgili bildirimler: örneğin bir ödülün talep süresi, bir indirim kodunun hazır olması, bir düello ya da tahmin sonucu, bir etkinliğin iptali, kendi kurduğun hatırlatıcılar;
günlük oyun serin ve haftalık görevlerin için hatırlatmalar; bunlar yalnız Ayarlar'dan açarsan gelir;
bakım, uygulama güncellemesi ya da kuralların değişmesi gibi hizmet duyuruları ("Genel duyurular"); bunları Ayarlar'dan kapatabilirsin.

14. Fikri mülkiyet

FLIT uygulaması, adı, logosu, tasarımı ve içeriği MFB Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi'ne aittir. Markaların adları, logoları ve içerikleri ilgili markalara aittir.

15. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar değişebilir. Her değişiklik yeni bir sürüm numarası ve yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır ve uygulamada duyurulur. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen tek başına kabul sayılmaz.

Aleyhine olan bir değişiklik yeni sürümü uygulamada açıkça kabul etmeden sana uygulanmaz. Uygulama açılışta neyin değiştiğini özetler, tam metne bağlantı verir ve kabul edip etmeyeceğini sorar. Kabul etmezsen FLIT'i kullanmaya devam edemezsin; hesabını silebilirsin (§16). O güne kadar kazandığın ve süresi geçmemiş bir ödül için §1'deki e-posta adresine yaz; ödülün eski koşullara göre teslim edilir.
Aleyhine olmayan bir değişiklik (bir düzeltme, yeni bir özellik ya da kanunun zorunlu kıldığı bir değişiklik) yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.

16. Hesabın kapanması

Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulamadan silebilirsin; neyin silindiği ve neyin kimliğinden ayrılarak tutulduğu Hesap ve Veri Silme sayfasında yazar. Silinen hesabın etkinlik katılımı kişiye ait hiçbir bilgi kalmadan tutulur.

17. Sorumluluk

FLIT'in kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Mücbir sebeplerden ya da FLIT'in kontrolü dışındaki üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintilerinden doğan zararlarda FLIT'in sorumluluğu kanunun izin verdiği ölçüdedir. Kanunun zorunlu hükümleri ve tüketici olarak hakların saklıdır.

18. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'a göre tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsin.

Sıralama (turnuva ve canlı yarışma). En yüksek puan öne geçer. Puanlar eşitse daha kısa toplam sürede bitiren öne geçer. Puan ve süre de eşitse sonucunu önce gönderen öne geçer. Sıralamada FLIT'in sunucusunun kaydettiği puan ve süre esas alınır. Çekiliş, kura ya da rastgele seçim yoktur. Anket ve tahminde kazanan yoktur ve kazanana ödül verilmez; etkinliği bitiren herkese aynı şey verilir.

Ağacın. Etkinliği bitirmek ağacına bir damla verir. Günde en fazla bir etkinlik damlası sayılır (Vitrin Kuralları).

1. Parties

These terms are between you, as someone who uses the FLIT app and the player services on getflit.net, and the company that operates FLIT. In legal texts the player is referred to as the "user".

When you first open FLIT, even if you play as a guest, you declare your age and accept these terms; the app does not open until you accept. The version you accepted and the time are recorded. This is the acceptance of a contract; it is not explicit consent given for your personal data.

2. What FLIT is

FLIT is a game app. Players pay nothing.

Daily game and tree. Every day there is one short daily game, which gives your tree a drop. Drops grow the tree; a set number of drops opens an entitlement.
Vitrin. With an entitlement you choose one of the brands' discounts in the Vitrin (§8).
Brand events. Brands open tournaments, live contests, surveys and predictions (§5).
Free modes. In Keşfet (Explore) you can play Solo Pratik, Düello, Arena and Kelime Avı. Free modes do not give drops.
Real sapling. For every 30 days on which you complete the daily game, one of the real saplings that FLIT has donated in advance to an afforestation organisation is allocated to your account (§9).

In prize events the winner is decided by score. FLIT has no draws, lotteries or random selection. FLIT's features may change or be removed; how that affects you is governed by §15.

3. Who may use FLIT

FLIT is open only to players aged 18 and over and in Türkiye. You declare your age when you first open the app. If you declare that you are under 18, FLIT does not open on that device and no new declaration can be made from it. If it turns out that you are under 18, your account is closed.
You can play as a guest. Open to guests: the daily game and the tree, Solo Pratik, Kelime Avı and Düello. Closed to guests: Arena (both creating and joining), taking part in brand events (tournament, live contest, survey and prediction), claiming a prize, and the Vitrin (seeing the discounts and getting a discount code); you need to sign in for these. As a guest you can see events in Keşfet (Explore); you are asked to sign in when you want to take part.
To claim a prize and to get a discount code from the Vitrin you also need to verify your phone number. Verification is done once.

4. Your account

You must give accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your account; if you notice suspicious use, tell us. Each person may use only one account.

5. Brand events

Types. Tournament, live contest, survey and prediction. The dates of each, who may take part, how the ranking is decided, and any prizes and participation discount are written on the Event Terms page inside the event. The Event Terms are part of these terms; their fixed text is also published in "Annex — Standard event terms" at the end of these terms.
Organiser. A brand's event is organised by that brand; the brand gives the prizes and the discount. FLIT operates the platform. Events that FLIT opens from its own brand account are organised by FLIT, and FLIT gives their prizes; the legal organiser is MFB Teknoloji. These events give digital prizes only. The organiser of each event is stated on that event's page.
Advertising. Brand events promote the brand and are shown in the app with the label "Reklam" (advertisement).
Winner. In tournaments and live contests the winner is decided by score: first points, then total time; if points and time are both equal, the player who submitted their result first ranks higher. The details are in the Event Terms. In surveys and predictions there is no separate prize for a winner.
Apple and Google. Apple and Google are not sponsors of these events and are not involved with them in any way.

6. Prizes

This section covers prizes won by score in tournaments and live contests. Participation discounts (§7) and the Vitrin (§8) are not prizes.

Types. Digital prize (a code) and physical prize. A physical prize can only be collected at the counter of the brand's branch named on the event page; there is no shipping. FLIT's own events give digital prizes only.
No cash. No cash, bank transfer or cash equivalent is given as a prize. A prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Claim. You claim your prize from the prize screen in the app. You need to be signed in and to have verified your phone number.
Deadline. A prize must be claimed within 30 days from the date it was won. A prize not claimed in that time passes to the next eligible player in the event's ranking; a prize passes on at most three times and then returns to the organiser. This deadline and hand-on are shown on each event's Event Terms page before you take part.
What goes to the brand. When you claim a prize, your username, your email address and your address never go to the brand. When you collect at the counter, the staff see the prize code you show on your own phone.
Who gives it. The prize is given and paid for by the event's organiser (§5). In a brand event FLIT is not the supplier or guarantor of the prize.
Tax. If any tax withholding or declaration is required for a prize, the event's organiser does it.

7. Participation discount

A brand may give a participation discount to everyone who finishes its event. A participation discount is not a prize: it does not depend on your score and is given in the same way to everyone who finishes the event. It may be a discount shown at the counter or a code used on the brand's website. The product it applies to, the price before the discount and the last day of use are written on the discount. The brand gives and pays for the discount; the sale, delivery, returns and warranty are between you and the brand.

8. Vitrin

Scope. This section applies to the Vitrin. How the Vitrin works, how entitlements open, how long they are valid and how discount codes are used are written in the Vitrin Rules. The Vitrin Rules are part of these terms. On Vitrin matters, if this section differs from the other sections, this section and the Vitrin Rules apply.
Nature. A discount in the Vitrin is not a prize. An entitlement opens not through score, ranking or chance but through the conditions announced in the Vitrin Rules; everyone who meets those conditions gets the same entitlement. An entitlement does not promise a particular brand, discount or amount; at the moment you use it, it lets you choose one of the discounts then in the Vitrin.
What an entitlement is. An entitlement is not money, a balance, points or a means of payment; it cannot be bought, sold or transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other value. It ends if your account is closed or deleted. No claim against FLIT arises from an entitlement.
Role of the brand and of FLIT. Each discount in the Vitrin is published and paid for by the brand concerned; the brand is responsible for the discount's conditions, for the accuracy of the price before the discount, and for the product or service. FLIT operates the platform; it is not the seller, supplier or guarantor. The sale, payment, delivery, returns and warranty are between you and the brand; your rights under consumer law are reserved.
What goes to the brand. In the Vitrin none of your personal data goes to the brand; the brand sees only the aggregate numbers listed in the Vitrin Rules.
Misuse. Entitlements and discount codes obtained through more than one account, automated tools, cheating or any other route contrary to the Vitrin Rules are cancelled. For any other breach, FLIT may temporarily stop you from getting discount codes, in proportion to the seriousness of the breach; a discount obtained and used in good faith is not reclaimed.
Changes. A new version of the Vitrin Rules takes effect when you next open the Vitrin and give your explicit acceptance; until you accept, you cannot get new discount codes, and the entitlements and codes you already hold are not affected. A change against your interest does not apply to entitlements opened or codes obtained before your acceptance.
Record of acceptance. When you first open the Vitrin you are asked to accept this section and the Vitrin Rules. The version you accepted and the time are kept on your account.

9. Real sapling

For every 30 days on which you complete the daily game, one of the real saplings that FLIT has donated in advance to an afforestation organisation is allocated to your account. A sapling that has not yet been donated is not allocated to anyone. The promise itself, its counter, how the donation is made and how you can verify it are set out in the "Real sapling promise" section of the Vitrin Rules; that section is part of these terms.

10. Rules

The following are prohibited:

cheating, bots, automated tools, or manipulating results or the server;
using more than one account, or using someone else's account;
insults, hate speech, unlawful content or another person's personal information in your username, in an Arena topic or in your reports;
infringing the rights of brands or of others.

You can report an inappropriate username or Arena topic from inside the app, and you can block a player.

Sanctions are proportionate. Prizes, entitlements and discounts obtained through cheating, bots, more than one account or any other misuse are cancelled; a cancelled prize passes to the next eligible player under §6. For any other breach, FLIT takes a measure proportionate to the seriousness of the breach: it first warns you and, if the breach can be fixed, gives you reasonable time to fix it; it suspends or closes an account only for a serious or repeated breach. If your account is closed, you can still claim, within the remaining claim period, the prizes you earned that are unrelated to the breach, by writing to the address in §19. We tell you the decision and its reason by email; if you write your objection to the address in §19, we answer within 15 days. Unless it was obtained through your own breach, a discount you used or a prize you collected is not reclaimed.

11. AI-generated content

Contest questions are generated with artificial intelligence and cross-checked with different models. Even so, the accuracy of every question is not guaranteed. You can report a question you think is wrong from inside the app.

12. Advertising

FLIT shows advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisements are shown without personalisation; which data the ad provider uses and for what purpose is set out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Notifications

FLIT does not send you announcements about brand events, discounts or any other brand, including phone notifications. For that reason no consent to commercial messages is asked for either. You receive only the following:

notifications about your account and your own activity, for example the claim deadline of a prize, a discount code being ready, the result of a duel or a prediction, the cancellation of an event, and reminders you set yourself;
reminders for your daily game streak and your weekly missions, which come only if you switch them on in Settings ("Ayarlar");
service announcements such as maintenance, an app update or a change to the rules ("Genel duyurular", the general announcements topic), which you can switch off in Settings.

14. Intellectual property

The FLIT app, its name, logo, design and content belong to MFB Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi. Brands' names, logos and content belong to the brands concerned.

15. Changes

These terms may change. Each change is published with a new version number and effective date and is announced in the app. Continuing to use the app does not, on its own, count as acceptance.

A change against your interest does not apply to you until you explicitly accept the new version in the app. When you open the app, it summarises what changed, links to the full text and asks whether you accept. If you do not accept, you cannot continue to use FLIT; you can delete your account (§16). For a prize you won up to that day that has not expired, write to the email address in §1; your prize is delivered under the old terms.
A change that is not against your interest (a correction, a new feature, or a change required by law) takes effect on the date it is published.

16. Closing your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time; what is deleted and what is kept separated from your identity is set out on the Account and Data Deletion page. The event participation of a deleted account is kept with no information that belongs to the person.

17. Liability

FLIT is not guaranteed to work without interruption or error. For damage arising from force majeure or from interruptions of third-party services outside FLIT's control, FLIT's liability is to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory provisions of law and your rights as a consumer are reserved.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In a dispute you can apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

Ranking (tournament and live contest). The highest score ranks first. If scores are equal, the player who finished in the shorter total time ranks higher. If score and time are both equal, the player who submitted their result first ranks higher. The score and time recorded by FLIT's server are used for the ranking. There is no draw, lottery or random selection. In surveys and predictions there is no winner and no prize for a winner; everyone who finishes the event gets the same thing.

Your tree. Finishing the event gives your tree one drop. At most one event drop counts per day (Vitrin Rules).

The rules do not change. After the event starts, the prizes, the ranking rule and the conditions of taking part are not changed against the players. This page as it stood when the event started applies.
