Bu metin, FLIT'i kullanırken kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 10. maddesine göre anlatır. Bir bilgilendirme metnidir; senden onay istemez. Uygulamada onayına bağlı olan iş, kullanım istatistikleri, 4. bölümde ayrıca anlatılır ve kendi ekranında, ayrı olarak sorulur.

Uygulamada ve getflit.net'te senin yazdığın ya da seçtiğin bilgilerden (kullanıcı adı, doğum tarihi, il, telefon gibi) ve oynarken otomatik olarak oluşan kayıtlardan (skor, süre, cihaz bilgisi, bağlantı bilgisi).
getflit.net'te reklamlarımızın sonucunu ölçmek için kullanılan çerezler yalnız onay verirsen yüklenir. Hangi çerezlerin ne kadar süreyle kullanıldığı ve onayını nasıl geri alacağın Çerez Politikası'nda yazar.

Doğum tarihi hakkında. Yaşın senin beyanına dayanır; ayrıca doğrulanmaz. Tam tarihi, 18 yaşını doldurduğun günü sunucunun kendisi hesaplayabilsin diye alırız; tarih bir kez girildikten sonra uygulamadan değiştirilemez. 18 yaşından küçük olduğunu beyan edersen iki durum vardır.
- Uygulamayı ilk kez açıyorsan ve henüz bir oturumun (hesap ya da misafir kaydın) yoksa, doğum tarihin ne sunucuya gönderilir ne de cihaza kaydedilir. Cihazda yalnız, o cihazdan yeniden beyan verilemesin diye bir işaret tutulur. Bu işaret sunucuya gönderilmez ve uygulamayı kaldırınca silinir.
- Daha önce açılmış bir FLIT hesabın ya da misafir kaydın varsa ve o kayıtta doğum tarihi yoksa (örneğin eski bir sürümden kalma), beyan ettiğin doğum tarihi sunucudaki o kayda yazılır. 18 yaşından küçük hesaplar kapatıldığı için kapatma bu kaydı bulabilmelidir; kayıt kapatılınca verileri silinir ya da anonimleştirilir (7. bölüm). Cihazdaki işaret bu durumda da konur.
Misafir olarak oynarsan. Misafirken de sunucuda bir kayıt tutulur: doğum tarihin, oyun ve ağaç kayıtların, fidan sayacın. Bu kayıt son etkinliğinden 12 ay sonra silinir. Misafirken hesap açarsan kayıt hesabına dönüşür; zaten var olan bir hesaba girersen misafir kaydı ayrı kalır ve 12 ay sonra silinir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak yalnız cihazdaki oturumu siler. Kaydını daha önce silmek istersen Ayarlar'daki “Hesabını sil” satırından isteyebilirsin; kaydın bir sonraki günlük işlemde silinir.
Kullanıcı adın başkalarına görünür. Kullanıcı adın ve skorun sıralamalarda, sonuç tablolarında, düellolarda ve Arena'larda diğer oyunculara görünür.
Telefonun. Telefon numaran yalnız iki son adımda istenir: ödül talep ederken ve Vitrin'de indirim kodu alırken. SMS ile gelen doğrulama kodunu girmen başka hiçbir şeye onay anlamına gelmez.
4. Onayına bağlı işler
Bu iş yalnız uygulamada ayrıca onay verirsen yapılır. Onay başta kapalıdır, FLIT'i kullanmanın ya da bir ödülü, indirimi almanın şartı değildir ve istediğin zaman geri alınır; geri almak ileriye etkilidir. Onay metni bu metnin ekindedir.

5. Verilerin kime gider
Markalar. Bir markaya kullanıcı adın, e-posta adresin, telefonun ve adresin hiçbir zaman gitmez; bir ödül talep ettiğinde de. Vitrin'de markaya hiçbir kişisel verin gitmez; marka yalnız toplu sayılar görür. Kasada bir indirim ya da ödül kodu gösterdiğinde kasa personeli, kendi telefonunda gösterdiğin kodu, indirimi ve saati görür; bunları kasaya gösteren sensin.
Kamu kurumları. Kanun bir makamın talebiyle veri verilmesini zorunlu kıldığında, yalnız istenen kadarı.
Yurt dışındaki hizmet sağlayıcılar. FLIT'in altyapısı yurt dışındadır; yurt dışında depolamak da aktarımdır:

Yapay zekâ sağlayıcılarına hesap bilgilerin (ad, e-posta, telefon) gönderilmez. Arena konusuna yazdığın metin olduğu gibi gider; oraya bir kişinin adını ya da kişisel bir bilgi yazma.
Bu aktarımların hukuki durumu. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu bugüne kadar hiçbir ülke için yeterlilik kararı vermedi ve bu sağlayıcılarla Kurul'un öngördüğü standart sözleşme imzalanmış değil. Yani Kanun'un 9. maddesindeki güvencelerden biri bu aktarımlar için bugün yoktur. Bunu açıkça yazıyoruz; FLIT'i kullanmak bu aktarımlar olmadan mümkün değildir.
6. Otomatik kararlar
Puanlama, sıralama, damla ve hakların verilmesi ve süresinin dolması, bir indirim kodu isteğinin kabul ya da reddi (telefon doğrulaması, il, kontenjan) önceden ilan edilen kurallara göre otomatik yapılır. Aleyhine sonuç doğuran bir karara 9. bölümdeki adresten itiraz edebilirsin.
7. 18 yaşından küçükler
FLIT 18 yaşından küçüklere hizmet vermez. 18 yaşından küçük birine ait olduğu anlaşılan bir hesap kapatılır ve verileri silinir ya da anonimleştirilir. Böyle bir hesabı 9. bölümdeki adrese bildirebilirsin.
8. Hesabını silersen
Hesabını uygulamadan silebilirsin. Neyin silindiği, neyin kimliğinden ayrılarak tutulduğu ve neyin kanun gereği saklandığı Hesap ve Veri Silme sayfasında yazar. Silme en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.
9. Hakların ve başvurun
Kanun'un 11. maddesine göre şunları isteyebilirsin: verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek; işlendiyse bilgi istemek; işlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenmek; yurt içinde ya da yurt dışında aktarıldığı kişileri bilmek; eksik ya da yanlış işlendiyse düzeltilmesini istemek; silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini istemek; düzeltme ve silmenin, verinin aktarıldığı kişilere bildirilmesini istemek; yalnız otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhine bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etmek; kanuna aykırı işlenmesi yüzünden zarara uğradıysan zararın giderilmesini istemek.
Başvurunu info@mfbteknoloji.com adresine, kayıtlı e-postandan ya da kimliğini doğrulayabileceğimiz bilgilerle gönder; posta ile 1. bölümdeki adrese de gönderebilirsin. Başvurunu en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız. Silme isteğini yerine getiremeyeceksek gerekçesini aynı sürede bildiririz. Cevabımızı yeterli bulmazsan Kanun'un 14. maddesine göre Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu metin değişirse yeni sürüm numarası ve tarihiyle yayımlanır. Verilerini yeni bir amaçla işlememiz gerekirse bunu önce ayrıca anlatırız.

Bu metin aydınlatma metninden ayrıdır; uygulamada ilgili ekranda kendi başına, işaretsiz bir kutu ya da anahtarla gösterilir. Bir hizmetin, ödülün ya da indirimin şartı değildir.
A. Kullanım istatistikleri (Ayarlar)
Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığımı ölçmek için kullanım olaylarımın Google Analytics'e gönderilmesine izin veriyorum. Bu veriler yurt dışında, Google'ın altyapısında işlenir. İznimi buradan istediğim zaman geri alabilirim.

This text explains, under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), how your personal data is processed when you use FLIT. It is an information notice; it does not ask for your consent. In the app, the one activity that depends on your consent, usage statistics, is described separately in section 4 and is asked about separately, on its own screen.

2. How we collect your data
From information you type or choose in the app and on getflit.net (such as username, date of birth, province, phone) and from records created automatically while you play (score, time, device information, connection information).
On getflit.net, the cookies we use to measure the results of our advertising load only if you consent. Which cookies are used, for how long, and how to withdraw your consent are set out in the Cookie Policy.
3. Which data, for what, on what legal basis, for how long
"Contract" is Article 5(2)(c) of the Law: it is necessary to provide you the service in the Terms of Use. "Legitimate interest" is Article 5(2)(f). "Legal obligation" is Article 5(2)(ç).

About your date of birth. Your age is based on your own declaration; it is not verified further. We take the full date so that the server itself can work out the day you turn 18; once entered, the date cannot be changed from the app. If you declare that you are under 18, there are two cases.
- If you are opening the app for the first time and have no session yet (no account or guest record), your date of birth is neither sent to the server nor saved on the device. Only a flag is kept on your device so that no new declaration can be made from that device. This flag is not sent to the server and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
- If you already have a FLIT account or guest record and it has no date of birth (for example one left over from an earlier version), the date of birth you declare is written to that record on the server. Accounts of people under 18 are closed, so the closure has to be able to find this record; when the record is closed its data is deleted or anonymised (section 7). The flag on the device is set in this case too.
If you play as a guest. A record is kept on the server while you play as a guest too: your date of birth, your game and tree records, your sapling counter. This record is deleted 12 months after its last activity. If you open an account while playing as a guest, the record becomes your account; if you sign in to an account you already have, the guest record stays separate and is deleted after 12 months. Uninstalling the app only removes the session on your device. If you want your record deleted sooner, you can request it in Settings ("Ayarlar") → Delete your account ("Hesabını sil"); the record is deleted in the next daily run.
Your username is visible to others. Your username and score are visible to other players in rankings, results tables, duels and Arenas.
Your phone. Your phone number is asked for only at two final steps: when you claim a prize and when you get a discount code in the Vitrin. Entering the code you receive by SMS does not mean consent to anything else.
4. Activities that depend on your consent
This activity happens only if you separately consent in the app. The consent is off by default, is not a condition of using FLIT or of receiving a prize or discount, and can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal has effect from then on. The consent text is in the annex to this text.

5. Who your data goes to
Brands. Your username, email address, phone and address never go to a brand, including when you claim a prize. In the Vitrin none of your personal data goes to the brand; the brand sees only aggregate numbers. When you show a discount or prize code at the counter, the staff see the code, the discount and the time on your own phone; you are the one showing them.
Public authorities. Where the law requires data to be given on an authority's request, only what is requested.
Service providers abroad. FLIT's infrastructure is abroad; storing data abroad is also a transfer:

Your account information (name, email, phone) is not sent to AI providers. The text you write as an Arena topic is sent as it is; do not write a person's name or any personal information there.
The legal status of these transfers. The Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) has not so far issued an adequacy decision for any country, and no standard contract as provided for by the Board has been signed with these providers. This means that none of the safeguards in Article 9 of the Law exists for these transfers today. We say this openly; using FLIT is not possible without these transfers.
6. Automated decisions
Scoring, rankings, the granting and expiry of drops and entitlements, and the acceptance or refusal of a discount code request (phone verification, province, quota) are done automatically under rules announced in advance. You can object to a decision that goes against you through the address in section 9.
7. Under 18s
FLIT does not serve anyone under 18. An account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed and its data is deleted or anonymised. You can report such an account to the address in section 9.
8. If you delete your account
You can delete your account from the app. What is deleted, what is kept separated from your identity and what is kept because the law requires it are set out on the Account and Data Deletion page. Deletion is completed within 30 days at the latest.
9. Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of the Law you can ask: to learn whether your data is processed; if it is, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to have it corrected if it is incomplete or wrong; to have it deleted or destroyed; to have correction and deletion notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you that arises from analysis solely by automated systems; and, if you suffered damage because of unlawful processing, to have that damage compensated.
Send your application to info@mfbteknoloji.com, from your registered email or with information that lets us verify your identity; you can also send it by post to the address in section 1. We conclude your application within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot carry out a deletion request, we tell you the reason within the same period. If you do not find our answer sufficient, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14 of the Law.
10. Changes
If this text changes, it is published with a new version number and date. If we need to process your data for a new purpose, we explain that separately beforehand.
Annex — Separate consent text
This text is separate from the information notice; in the app it is shown on its own on the relevant screen, with an unticked box or a switch. It is not a condition of any service, prize or discount. In the app it is shown in Turkish; its English is given here for information.
A. Usage statistics (Settings)
I allow my usage events to be sent to Google Analytics to measure how I use the app. This data is processed abroad, on Google's infrastructure. I can withdraw my permission here at any time.
